Welcome to Forage Brighton

Forage Brighton is Brighton's original wild food and foraging education service established by forager, cook, gardener and wild food educator Mike Cutting in 2017. We provide public and private bespoke foraging and wild food cooking experiences in Brighton, Sussex and beyond. In addition to our foraging services we offer ecological garden maintenance and consultation to help you create a wild food and wildlife oasis in your home garden.
